 On my secular job, I’m a case manager at the Department of Social Services. More commonly referred to as the infamous “DSS”. It’s been my experience that when individuals hear those three letters, they immediately think of “the removal of children”. I can recall several instances when I’ve had people actually say to me, once hearing where I work- “oh you take peoples kids”. I often reply by explaining that DSS does not just take people’s children. That’s kidnapping! I explain that although DSS is an agency that is required by law to remove children from the care of their parents, this is ONLY done once the parent has proven their inability to properly care for, nurture, and provide a space conducive for their child’s growth and development……..

I have decided to VLOG. I want to specifically speak to those of us who have birthed assignments, visions, ministries, businesses etc., and somewhere along the line, our ability to properly care for what we birthed, was lost.! HEAR ME! Although what you’ve birthed may not be tangible, or within your reach at the moment, do not be discouraged, and please do not lose hope. “IT” still has your DNA, and rightfully belongs to you!!!
